Born and bred in Brunswick County and a graduate of UNCW, Jerry Helms is truly a local real estate expert. Coastal living is Jerry’s passion, and he has created a company whose sole intention is to help people settle into the coastal lifestyle he treasures so much. He is more than our president, Jerry’s southern hospitality and warmth set a welcoming tone in our office.

Reid Myers
Director of Marketing & Real Estate Agent
Reid is a true Carolina girl, originally from the Lake Norman area. She moved to the coast to attend UNCW and quickly felt right at home at the beach. Responsible for marketing strategy across our family of communities, she is passionate about building brands that highlight the unique character of each project and help welcome the right buyers home.

Fun Fact: Reid knows how to sail and grew up sailing competitively.
Meghan Owen

This North Carolina native is our behind-the-scenes hero. Meghan keeps our listings, client database and all our inventory in check.

Maureen Ruddy
Welcome Team Coordinator
She may not be a native, but her cheerful attitude and friendly manner are just as welcoming as southern charm. Originally from New York, Maureen has a history of making people feel welcome and has a strong background in the hospitality business. Maureen is our ambassador of first impressions, and she will be here to help make your experience a pleasant one.

Libby Carpenter

Although Libby has lived all over the world, her heart resides in coastal Carolina. She is an essential member of our sales team and responsible for much of our client communication. Libby has the inside information on everything in our area.

Caitlin is another Carolina girl, born and raised in Wilmington. Caitlin loves music, the beaches and the arts. She is warm and friendly and will make you feel welcome the moment you meet her. She is a hard worker and always willing to go the extra mile for our guests.

Kait Snead is one of our dedicated Community Specialists at Turtle Bay of Southport, as well as our Marketing Manager. She is instrumental in our marketing events and the social media guru behind our Facebook & Instagram pages. Originally from the Richmond, Virginia area Kait has adapted to our coastal lifestyle quite easily. When she is not convincing the team to film Instagram Reels, she is spending time with her pups, “Homie” and “Lil’ Mama”.
