As the manager of Elan Homes, LLC, Zach Fisher is both diligent in his home building and committed to the profession. Zach, along with his wife and children, currently live in Oak Island. Their dream has always been to live on the coast in North Carolina and build homes. “We love living on Oak Island and hope that we can help others to fulfill the same dream,” says Zach.
Zach founded the home building division in 2021 after ten years of serving as the operations manager with his own large and well-respected restoration firm in Charlotte NC. With 18 years of experience, whether building new homes or renovating damaged homes, he always has the homeowner’s interest in mind first. He and his partner had the foresight to fulfill a need in the area that required his work ethic, business acumen, and empathy. Now with Elan Homes, it allowed Zach to pursue the path he knew well and had always dreamed of: building luxury homes in coastal North Carolina.
